Meeting & Contact List Updates

All Meeting & Contact List updates must be submitted to the Montana Regional Service Committee to get added to the Regional list, and to get listed on our searchable online database. The MRSC maintains a single point of accountability through the Communications Subcommittee's Meeting & Contact List Workgroup. All meeting list & contact changes submitted from this page (and through any other avenue) will be forwarded to the Workgroup.

The Workgroup periodically updates it's Meeting & Contact list, and distributes it back to the rest of the Communications Subcommittee's Workgroups: Website; Public Information; Hospitals & Institutions; Phoneline; and Outreach. When the updated list comes back to the Website Workgroup, we will post the list on our Meetings page, and update the searchable database.

Please be patient as it may take a few days for your meeting changes to be reflected in our updated lists.

This form will be emailed to the Montana Regional Meeting & Contact List Workgroup. The information you supply may be verified before it is included in our next meeting list update. Please include your name and phone number so we can contact you if we have questions.
